Joe has dedicated his entire career to the surfaces and building materials industry, taking on every level of responsibility from Territory Manager to Sales Manager and Regional Vice President for the largest flooring manufacturers in the world.

Spanning a 30+ year career in flooring with 10 of those as a sales rep, Bernie recognized the excellent value, versatility and visuals of LVT in 2003 and capitalized on the unprecedented explosion of the vinyl category riding its growth from 3% of market share to it’s current level.
